OAK RIDGE PROJECT

Originally designed and built in 1924 by one of the Bay Area’s first great architects, Walter Radcliff, we approached the task of adding-on to this stately Spanish Colonial with reverence -- and took it as an opportunity to restore and enhance the original elegance of this unique home.  Through a rigorous approach to traditional detailing, coupled with timeless interior planning, the second story addition fits seamlessly with original house, and brings a new focus to the beautiful courtyard. The materials, forms, and colors of the addition and remodel are carefully selected to harmonize with Radcliff’s original architectural vision.
